Waterproofing

COLPHENE 3000:

Self-adhesive waterproofing membrane composed of SBS modified bitumen and a tri-laminated woven polyethylene facer. The underface is covered with silicone release film.

COLPHENE LM BARR:

A single component, 98% solids content, liquid applied, moisture curing elastomeric waterproofing membrane.

COLPHENE BARR Flashing:

A single component, 100% solids content, liquid applied, moisture curing elastomeric waterproofing membrane. COLPHENE BARR Flashing’s STPE moisture cure technology forms a continuous, tough elastic seal to the substrate that withstands extreme cold and high- temperatures without cracking or softening.

Air & Vapor Barriers

SOPRASEAL Xpress G:

An exterior grade, inorganic faced gypsum board with an air and vapor barrier factory applied to the exterior surface.

SOPRASEAL LM 203:

A one-component spray applied non-permeable air barrier membrane used in wall construction.

SOPRASEAL LM 202 VP:

A one-component spray applied vapor-permeable air barrier membrane used in wall construction.

SOPRASEAL LM 204 VP:

A one-component, 98% solids content, liquid applied, vapor-permeable air barrier membrane used in wall construction.

SOPRASEAL Stick 1100T:

A self-adhered waterproofing membrane. Composed of a proprietary high quality elastomeric styrene- butadiene-styrene (SBS) polymer-modified bitumen blend and a woven polyethylene composite facer.

SOPRASEAL Liquid Flashing:

A high quality, 100% solid low odor elastomeric polyether membrane. SOPRASEAL Liquid Flashing material is designed to provide air and water protection to critical rough openings while sealing joints and creating a seamless transition to air barrier membranes.
