Panel-15:
A composite panel made by laminating a textured aluminum skin to a substrate of douglas fir exterior grade plywood. A fiberglass reinforced kraft/foil scrim backer is added for panel balance and acts as a moisture barrier. These panels are ideal for applications such as; claddings, canopies, fascia, accent bands, and soffits. Panel 15® is also ideal for many other applications where durability, strength, and overall cost are primary concerns
GlazedGuard 250 – Water Resistant (WR):
A composite panel for use as a glazing infill made by laminating two prefinished aluminum skins to asubstrate of high density polypropylene. Designed for use as a replacement or to complement 1/4” glass windows.
GlazeGuard 1000 – Water Resistant (WR):
A composite panel made by laminating either textured or smooth aluminum skins to high density polypropylene stabilizers. These plastic stabilizers surround a core of expanded polystyrene or polyisocyanurate.
Procore:
A composite panel made by laminating either textured or smooth prefinished aluminum skins to a core of high density polypropylene (9/32”). A second aluminum skin is added as a backer and provides panel balance. Ideal for applications where traffic is minimal and appearance is key, such as; canopies, fascias, canopies and accent bands.
Sinocore:
A composite panel made by laminating either textured or smooth prefinished aluminum skins to a core of high density polypropylene (5/32”). A second aluminum skin is added as a backer and provides panel balance. Ideal for applications such as: claddings, fascias, canopies, and accent bands.
