Yes, we continue to operate our normal Monday through Friday hours. Masks and proper social distancing are required when entering our facilities.

How to Place an Order/Receive a Quote For Items Not Sold In Our Online Store
Items can be purchased by phone, fax, email at orders@rlwurz.com or in-person at one of our facilities. Contact one of our business development representatives for additional information or quote on any of our products.
Where and When Can I Pick Up My Order?
Orders can be picked up from our Cleveland location Monday through Friday from 7 AM – 4 PM in-person or by using our curbside pickup by calling (800) 969-1754. You can find more information about our locations addresses and contact information here.
Warehouse Hours for In-Bound & Out-Bound Freight Carriers
Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM. Please call ahead of time at (216) 267-1550 to confirm delivery for shipments arriving at the warehouse. We are closed all major holidays.
How Do I Create An Account?
Simply download the Wurz Credit Application. Once your paperwork is processed, you will be notified that your account has been set up and can begin to order.
