Dymeric 240 FC Unit:
A gun grade, high performance multi-component polyurethane sealant. Applications range from pre-cast tilt-up concrete, masonry, and exterior insulating and finishing systems (EIF), to metal curtain walls, and perimeter joints around doors and windows.
Dymonic FC:
Fast curing, low modulus, silane end-capped, polyurethane hybrid sealant. Typical applications include expansion and control joints, precast concrete panel joints, perimeter caulking (windows, doors, panels), EIFS, aluminum, masonry and vinyl siding. Purchase Online
440 Tape:
A 100% solid Polyisobutylene cross-lined butyl, preformed sealant. Tape is used for non-compression glazing of vision lites and spandrel panels in PVC metal and wood frames, in low rise building construction.
THC#900:
Multi-component, chemical curing polyurethane joint sealant. A self-leveling joint sealant that should be limited to horizontal expansion and control joints with less than a 5% slope. Can be used in parking garages, plaza, terrace decks, and floor and sidewalk joints.
THC#901:
Multi-component, chemical curing polyurethane joint sealant. A semi self-leveling joint sealant that is recommended for horizontal expansion and control joints with a slope up to 10%. Can be used in parking garages, plaza, terrace decks, and floor and sidewalk joints.
Tremflex 834:
A pure acrylic latex sealant formulated to provide a fast-setting pliable seal with minimal shrinkage. Used for general purpose interior and exterior caulking and as a back bedding glazing compound. Highly recommended as an acoustical seal in the construction of interior walls, ceilings and floors to reduce Sound Transmission Class (STC of partition walls. Ideal for interior joints that will be painted such as door and window frame perimeters and precast concrete plank joints.
TREMstop Silione (Fyre-Sil):
A gun-grade, neutral-cure silicone sealant designed for use in Firestop applications including both joints and through-penetrations. Use on metal pipe, plastic pipe, cables, cable trays, ducts and multiple- through-penetrations as well as static joints and dynamic joints in concrete, wood floor/ceiling and gypsum wall assemblies and perimeter fire barrier joints.
Vulkem 45 SSL:
A one-part moisture curing, low modulus polyurethane sealant especially developed for sealing joints in level and/or slightly sloped surfaces. Provides exceptional wear and tear resistance required in high traffic areas. Used in expansion joints in sidewalks, swimming pool decks, terraces, parking decks, plazas, floor and other horizontal surfaces with slopes up to 6%.

Paraseal:
HSPW/Bentonite Sheet Membrane Dual Waterproofing System; Self-sealing sheet waterproofing membrane manufactured to controlled thicknesses of 150 mils to 200 mils of tough, high density polyethylene (HDPE) and expandable granular Bentonite. Used on structures below grade or between slab. Excellent for use on poured and block foundations walls, split slab parking and plaza decks. It has outstanding performance when used under conditions of high water head and installed prior to the concrete pour such as retaining walls, elevator pits, etc. 4’ x 24’ standard rolls.
Permaquick PQ200:

Vulkem 350/351:
Composite waterproofing system comprised of tough-curing liquid polyurethane. The system uses an aggregate-laden top membrane to aid in slip-resistance and wear-resistance. May be used to apply a seamless, monolithic waterproof membrane to concrete surfaces. A cold-applied deck coating system designed for waterproofing plaza decks, pedestrian walkways and balconies.
